John Paul Dugan, 63, of Lincoln, died, Saturday, October 16, 2010 at the V.A. Medical Center in Grand Island. Born in Sidney, Neb. on May 1, 1947 to Charles H. and Marie C. (Wellensiek) Dugan. Member A.B.A.T.E., and NRA. U.S. Navy Veteran. Survived by: sister, Nancy E. Dugan of Omaha; brother and sister-in-law, Clark and Patricia Wells of Lincoln; niece, Lynn Wells of Lincoln; nephew, Patrick Wells of Lincoln; cousins and many friends. Preceded in death by parents, Charles H. Dugan, Marie C. Wells, and Lynn P. Wells.
