Leslie "Les" Schreurs
June 6, 1947 - October 30, 2010
Les received a degree in Drafting Technology from the Nebraska Vocational Tech School. He served in the United States Navy in the Reserves from 1964 until 1971, and served active enlistment during the Vietnam War from 1967 until 1968. Les began his working career at Lincoln Steel as a draftsman. Later he became a partner in National Detail building large steel buildings worldwide. Les married Yvonne Splain and had daughter Amy. In April of 1999 he married Connie Kingery. He was a lifetime member of the VFW in Lincoln and was an avid hunter and fisherman. He is survived by his wife Connie, three children Amy, Shawn, and Angela and seven grandchildren.
