Gary Lynn Thompson 70, of Lincoln, passed away peacefully at Lund Hospice in Arizona Tuesday December 5, 2017, after his second battle with cancer. Born February 13, 1947, to the late Arthur and Irene Thompson. He was a Christian, father, coach and mentor. He is survived his brother, Dean and family ( wife Linda, daughter Darlyn, and son Devin) by his three children, Chantelle, Scott, and Trent; and his six grandchildren, Tiara, Teegan, Brooke , Hunter, Caroline, and Carter. 'Winning is much better than losing, but when you lose say very little, and when you win say even less.'
